RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATE SIGNATORIES FOR THE VILLAGE OF MENDON BANK ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS; it is necessary for the Village of Mendon to designate and change those authorized to act as signatories for all and any Village financial accounts and all investment funds at any and all financial institutions, and
WHEREAS; it is also necessary for the Village of Mendon to authorize those persons who will have the authority to deposit, withdraw and transfer funds in accordance with the regulations set forth by Southern Michigan Bank & Trust, and MBIA Class, and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; that the Village of Mendon, St. Joseph County Michigan shall designate the Village President, Village Treasurer, and Village Manager as signatories for all Village of Mendon financial and investment accounts, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; that deposits, withdrawals and transfers shall be under the authority of the Village Treasurer, and in the event that the treasurer is unavailable or unable to make said deposits, withdrawals and transfers, the authority shall transfer to the Village Manager or Village President.
THEREFORE; the following persons are authorized as signatories for the Village of Mendon:
- Village President Aaron Olson
- Village Treasurer Becky Arellano
- Village Manager Timothy Hill
Effective Date This Resolution shall be effective upon its adoption.
ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 2026, by the Village Council of the Village of Mendon.
