AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 139 TO APPROVE THE UPDATED TAX INCREMENT FINANCING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND ADOPT THE MENDON DDA STREETSCAPE MASTERPLAN FOR THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE VILLAGE OF MENDON.
THE VILLAGE OF MENDON ORDAINS:
WHEREAS, the Village of Mendon (“Village”) seeks to improve and invest in the community through the Downtown Development Authority and to adopt the Mendon DDA Streetscape Master Plan to help guide investment in the community moving forward,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE VILLAGE OF MENDON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 5: Approval of the Tax Increment Financing and Development Plan of Authority. The updated Tax Increment Financing and Development plan (the Mendon DDA Streetscape Master Plan) attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A is hereby approved pursuant to Act 197 for the Authority.
This Ordinance is declared to have immediate effect.
