PROPOSED ORDINANCE ADOPTION
AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 139
DDA TIFA ORDINANCE
The Village of Mendon Village Council, at the regular meeting of Monday, April 20, 2026, to be held at 6:00 p.m., at the Mendon Municipal Center, 206 E Main Street, Mendon, Michigan 49072, proposes to adopt an ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 139 of 2004, Tax Increment Financing and Development Plan for the Downtown Development Authority Ordinance of the Village of Mendon, to amend the Ordinance to update the TIFA plan and adopt the DDA Streetscape Master Plan.

Section 5: Approval of the Tax Increment Financing and Development Plan of Authority. The updated Tax Increment Financing and Development plan (the Mendon DDA Streetscape Master Plan) attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A is hereby approved pursuant to Act 197 for the Authority.
Additionally, copies of the proposed Ordinance are on file in the office of the Village Clerk, 206 East Main Street, Mendon, Michigan, and may be examined during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday or 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 pm on Thursday. Written comments may be submitted before the meeting to Andrew Lane, Clerk, at the address listed above.
